We are committed to helping our clients to heal life’s wounds and traumas in a safe space, allowing them to explore and eliminate inner blockages and limiting beliefs to create the life they want.
Get to Know Yourself Counselling and Coaching is focused on enabling our clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours in an empathic environment with a variety of therapeutic approaches. Our clinic places importance on developing a strong therapeutic relationship and to provide a safe and trusting environment to share and allow clients to embrace vulnerability to heal and learn. We also offer one-on-one life coaching to help our clients achieve fulfillment and obtain clarity.
