MEET THERAPIST, AND FOUNDER OF GTKY

Renata Fulawka

Renata is a devoted psychotherapist who specializes in guiding individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges and distractions, helping them uncover meaning and joy. With her wealth of experience and a diverse educational background, Renata is well-equipped to support her clients on their personal journeys.

Since 2015, she has been a source of strength and assistance for those seeking mental health support. Her educational qualifications include a BA in Human Resources, certification as a Project Management Professional, a Master Neurolinguistic Programming Coach (MNLP), and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP).

In her therapeutic approach, Renata combines mindfulness and compassion, creating a strength-based framework. Together with her clients, she explores core issues, challenges limiting beliefs, and addresses past traumas, teaching effective communication and boundary setting. This transformative process leads to reduced stress, increased clarity, and emotional healing, ultimately guiding individuals towards hope, purpose, inner peace, joy, and self-discovery.

Renata firmly believes in the expansion of human potential and well-being. She acknowledges that adversity and pain are inherent aspects of life's journey, and her goal is to empower her clients to heal emotional wounds, draw motivation from failures, and nurture qualities like self-confidence, self-worth, resilience, and self-actualization. Within the safe and trusting space she provides, clients gain a fresh perspective, experience enlightenment, and discover their true selves.

Renata holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology as a Registered Psychotherapy (#10134) status through the (CRPO) College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario Professional Practice. She is also a member (#10009778) of the (CCPA) Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association’s Code of Ethics.
